Wyatt Russell and Kerry Condon star in Night Swim, the latest Atomic Monster and Blumhouse Productions horror flick coming to theaters this week. Luckily, we have you covered on all the ways you can watch it!
Based on Rod Blackhurst and Bryce McGuire’s 2014 short film of the same name, Night Swim follows a family that moves into a new house only to find out that their backyard swimming pool is haunted by a terrifying entity.
So will Night Swim be on Netflix? What about Max?
Here’s everything we know about the upcoming movie:
WHERE TO WATCH NIGHT SWIM:
As of now, the only way to watch Night Swim is to head out to a movie theater when it releases on Friday, Jan. 5. You can find a local showing on Fandango. Otherwise, you’ll just have to wait until it becomes available to rent or purchase on digital platforms like Vudu, Apple, YouTube and Amazon, or becomes available to stream on Peacock. Read on for more information.
WHEN WILL NIGHT SWIM BE ON STREAMING? WILL NIGHT SWIM BE ON PEACOCK?
Yes, Night Swim will eventually be available to stream on Peacock. Since Universal movies like Cocaine Bear have come to Peacock around 45 days after their release, you can expect Night Swim to join the streamer as soon as mid-February 2024. However, other movies like Nope have taken a little longer to reach the streamer (more than 100 days) so it’s best to take this estimate with a grain of salt.
WILL NIGHT SWIM BE ON HBO MAX?
No, Night Swim will not be on Max since it’s not a Warner Bros. movie. The platform — previously known as HBO Max — also no longer does direct-to-streaming releases. Instead, they’ve implemented a 45-day window between the theatrical release and the Max release.
WILL NIGHT SWIM BE ON NETFLIX?
No, Night Swim will not be on Netflix — at least not any time soon. In the meantime, you’ll just have to wait until it becomes available to stream on Peacock.
